Welcome to Saint Petersburg and EUSP Summer School ‘25
Within two full weeks the summer school participants will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of Russia within the Eurasian space, analyzing it from historical and contemporary, theoretical and practical perspectives. The students will be engaged in thoughtful discussions with Russian and Post-Soviet studies experts gathered in St. Petersburg and visit landmarks of special significance to Russia’s past and present.

The EUSP International Scientific Conference will be held in Yerevan on November 1–3, 2023
European University at St. Petersburg is holding a scientific conference “Setting and overcoming borders: the Greater Caucasus in regional and global history, XVIII–XX centuries.” The conference is dedicated to the history of the Greater Caucasus — a historical and geographical macro-region that unites many cultures, religions, economic structures and identities.

Lecture by Boris Kolonitsky “Lenin as Lieu de mémoire in post-Soviet Russia”
On June 1 at the EUSP Center for International Education in Yerevan (E-center), Boris Kolonitsky will give a lecture dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Lenin in modern Russia.
