Kirill Androsov holds a PhD in Economics. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Altera Capital. Previously Kirill Androsov was Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. He has also worked in the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade, where he began his career as Director for State Tariffs Regulation and Infrastructural Reform and later served as Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister.

Prior to this Mr. Androsov worked for Lenenergo, the large North-West Russia energy company, where he first served as Deputy General Director for Development and later as First Deputy General Director and Finance Director. Mr. Androsov also worked as Director for Investment Projects (and subsequently as Director of the Economics Department) at St. Petersburg’s Property Management Committee.

Kirill Androsov is Chairman of the Board of Aeroflot and Russian Railways, he is a member of the Board of Directors for Channal One, LSR Group, A3 and Altera Capital. During his six years working for the Russian government he served on the Board of Directors at RAO UES, Rosneft, Zarubezhneft, VTB, Svyazinvest and VVC.

Mr Androsov holds a MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business, as well as a master’s degree with honors from the St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University and a PhD from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance.
