ICTs present new opportunities for civic engagement and participation, simultaneously challenging existing social and political institutions, and drawing lines of inequality. That poses questions regarding the mutual adaptation of technologies and society, as well as the way social and technical sciences can jointly resolve these issues. The topics of the section will include but not limit to:

  • Digital Transformations and Digital Divide
  • Culturology of Cyberspace
  • Digital Humanities Culturology of Cyberspace
  • E-Government, E-Governance and Open Government
