International programs
This is the final issue of the 2012-2013 academic year. Michael Seyer identifies the structural problems in Iraq's renascent oil industry. Lewis Dorman proposes that resolving the conflict over Iran's nuclear program requires a new perspective. May's Workshop Review features a total of three specialists - Dr. Konoplyanik, Dr. Boute, and Dr. Drebentsov - who spoke on these topics, respectively: Gazprom's strategy in an evolving market, Russia's outdated power sector infrastructure, the world economy's changing energy landscape.
