In 2010-2011 members and graduates of the Gender Studies Program participated in the project “Women’s Network for Nondiscrimination, Rights and Solidarity”. The Project was aimed at developing cooperation between nongovernmental organizations and governmental institutions that deal with issues of citizens’ rights and rights of women. Sociological research, which was done in the frame of the project, implemented the method of social mapping in order to distinguish gendered social problems in different municipal districts of St. Petersburg.
