Graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (Faculty of Automation and Computing technique) in 1986. Worked in the field of automation of oil and gas industry. From 1990 organized the production of documentaries for the European broadcasting companies and sourced stories for the European newspapers and magazines. From 1993 worked as a director of Russian projects for a number of US companies. From 1997 worked as the head of St. Petersburg branch of Maximov Publications – the very well known provider of information services in Russia (telephone directories and data bases on governmental bodies and main branches of Russian economy). Joined the EUSP team in August, 2007.
