The Director General of The Vladimir Potanin Charity Foundation, Larissa Zelkova gave a talk.

Larisa Zelkova graduated from the Journalism Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University. While she was a student, she worked at the weekly Sobesednik and the newspaper Moskovskaya Pravda. After August 1991, together with a group of young Moskovskaya Pravda employees, she participated in the process of reforming the newspaper. Over the course of five years at the newspaper, she went from freelance correspondent to columnist. In March 1995, she switched jobs and worked at the Onexim Bank as a specialist in the management of information security. In September 1996, she became an assistant (press secretary) to the First Deputy Prime Minster of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Potanin. In April 1997, she referenced to Onexim Bank, becoming Director of Management of Information Security. Since fall 1998, after the restructuring of the group Onexim-MFK, she has been the Director of the Department of Relations with the public company Interros, and since 1999 has been the General Director of the V. Potanin Charity Foundation. She is a member of the Russian Forum of Donors, and a laureate of the Leaders of Russian Business award for “Best Director for Public and Corporate Relations” for 2005.  She is a member of the ProfMedia Company's Board of Directors.
