Conference "The contours of the future". November 2 STS Center present their researches at the conference "The contours of the future: technology and innovation in cultural context", St.-Petersburg Polytechnic University.
Our section - "STS in action" - will be devoted to field investigations of the Russian researchers, using the perspective of STS for the analysis of their cases. We describe how we used different STS concepts for the description of works of Russian technoprogressive and programmers, conductors in buses; share the achievements and challenges in the use of big data in the Humanities.
