International conference "Conceptualising the Natural Environment: Critical Reflections from Russia, 18th-20th centuries"

The conference was organised by the Center for Environmental and Technological History in cooperation with Center for Russian, Central and East European Studies, Glasgow, UK. Scientists from the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Estonia and Russia participated in the conference.

The conference included following sections:

• Soil, water and forest resources in 19th century Russia
• Conceptualising Nature and Natural Resources in the 18th century
