Parting wishes to the graduates were expressed by professor of the History Department Evgenii Anisimov, and Rector of the New Economic School Sergei Guriev. During the ceremony Leonid Borkin was awarded a degree of Honorary Adviser of EUSP. The ceremony ended with the informal communication in the Golden Hall.
