The event was organized by the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University with the participation of the Centers for Russian, Central Asian, and SCO Studies.

On November 3, a ceremony was held at East China Normal University (ECNU) in Shanghai to mark the donation of a collection of over 200 books from the Foundation for the Heritage of the Russian Diaspora to the university library. The project was carried out with the participation of the Alexander Solzhenitsyn House of Russia Abroad and the European University at St. Petersburg, with support from the State Corporation VEB.RF.
