The European University at Saint-Petersburg (EUSP) invites all students interested in Russia and the Post-Soviet area (Eurasia) to join our international Master's degree program in International Relations with a focus on Russian and Eurasian Studies.

Russian language courses from beginner to advanced levels are also available as part of each program’s curriculum and can be taken for credit.

Calendar
The two-year IMARES Plus MA program starts once a year in September.
One-year intensive IMARES program starts twice a year. The spring semester starts at the beginning of February. The fall semester starts at the beginning of September. You may choose whichever start date serves you better.
Application deadlines:
Admissions continue on a rolling basis. It takes several weeks to obtain a Russian visa, so we ask prospective students to send us their completed application forms no later than:
July 15, 2021 — for the Fall 2021 semester
August 05, 2021 — for the Fall 2021 semester for citizens of Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Abkhazia, and Southern Ossetia
October 30, 2021 — for the Spring 2022 semester
