The Department of Economics (European University at St. Petersburg, Russia) and the research centers CORE (Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium) and EQUIPPE (Université Lille 1 des Sciences et Technologies, France) has organized a two-day international workshop on October 4–5, 2012, to promote the use of advanced economic theory in the field of natural resources, environment and growth.

All presentations will be given in the White Hall of the EUSP (1st floor). Each presentation of 40 minutes will be followed by a 20 minutes talk by a discussant. |
Registration, Lunches, and the Conference Dinner
Workshop registration and coffee breaks will be organised in a lobby next to the White Hall (1st floor, follow signs on the walls).
Lunches on October 4 and 5 will be provided at the EUSP cafeteria (ground floor).
Location of the conference dinner on October 4 will be announced in due course. Be prepared for a short walk through the city!
Accommodation
Almost all participants from outside Russia will be living in the hotel Manifest (5 Sapyornyi Alley, St. Petersburg, Russia) which is a 15 minute walk from EUSP.
Accommodation costs of speakers (a 3 night stay at St. Petersburg) may be covered upon a separate request made to a member of the Scientific committee (one speaker per paper presented).
How to get here
To get into the city from airport Pulkovo-2 please use taxi desk in the airport building to book your taxi.
Alternatively, transportation by bus/metro is also possible: please see the airport website for more information.
To get into the hotel please dial 11B on the intercom device at the entrance to the courtyard, walk in through the gates, and then use the doorbell to enter the hotel building.
