The EUSP Summer School Russia Within The Eurasian Context is an intensive two-week course designed for international students seeking a deep, multidisciplinary understanding of Russia’s role within the Eurasian space.
Hosted in the historic city of St Petersburg, the course combines academic rigour with cultural immersion, helping participants to connect theoretical knowledge with lived experience and deepen their understanding of the region.
Under the guidance of leading scholars, students will examine the many dimensions of Eurasia from an interdisciplinary perspective, including the formation and historical transformations of the Russian state, the region’s political legacies, the dynamics of its borderlands, the history of Arctic Russia, and contemporary tensions across Eurasia.
