Sergey Sinkevich, Moscow MICEX Vice-President, was born in Novorossiysk in 1973. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from NYU in 2000, and upon graduating worked at UBS Paine Webber as part of an analytic group on fixed income.
2001–2010 he worked at Delta Bank (GE Money Bank) as the Director of Sales and manager of regional offices. From November 2010 – present he has been responsible for the primary market as well as external relationships with MICEX investors.
