The final round included 2,000 participants, with 750 ultimately becoming winners—among them, 510 first-year students and 240 second-year students. According to Oksana Oracheva, General Director of the Potanin Foundation, the competition statistics reflect growing interest in AI. "...732 participants in the 2024/2025 scholarship competition used AI—43 times more than last year. Among the winners, 174 (23%) utilized AI. However, out of the 750 new scholarship recipients, only 20 are enrolled in educational programs directly related to AI."
Congratulations to the European University students on their outstanding achievements!
