В Европейском университете в Санкт-Петербурге открыта вакансия на должность: Student Recruitment & Marketing Administrator (International higher education) / Администратор по набору студентов и маркетингу (Международное образование).

About the Employer

The European University at Saint Petersburg (EUSP) is a private graduate school and one of the top research universities in humanities and social sciences in Russia. EUSP International MA Programs (EUSP IP) focus on Russian and Eurasian Studies, Energy Politics and Energy Transition taught in English to students from North America, Western Europe, Russia, and other parts of the world. We teach up to 50 international students per year.

Job Summary

As a Student Recruitment and Marketing Administrator at EUSP IP, you will be working towards the growth and advancement of educational programs by promoting them through best international marketing practices and contributing to the improvement of student life experience. Together with the IP Director, you will help develop and successfully implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to meet short and long-term student enrollment goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level marketing communications professional to gain international experience in the field of education.

You will be working primarily with potential applicants seeking graduate school admission, up to 50 international students per year, and more than 600 alumni.

You shall report to the IP Director as well as demonstrate willingness and ability to work on frequent tasks with other administrative employees of the university.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written — most tasks are performed through email);
  • Recruitment, SMM and advertising experience in an education or non-profit sector;
  • Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel, experience of working with databases;
  • Experience of html and CSS coding, working with Tilda, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Abode Photoshop or similar software;
  • Experience of working in customer focused settings, sensitive to diversity and desire to work in a multicultural environment;
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Creativity, writing and storytelling skills;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Numerical skills;
  • Collaborative and cooperative teamwork approach;
  • Good organization and time-management skills in order to handle a large volume of work with competing deadlines;
  • Events and project management experience is a plus;
  • Study or work experience abroad will be an asset.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate shall work closely with applicants, current students, and alumni throughout all stages of their interaction with EUSP.

Regular tasks include:

  • Identifying key PR, branding, and advertisement messages and audiences;
  • Developing a marketing plan and choice of online advertising platforms;
  • E-mail marketing: setting up and managing mailing lists;
  • Paper (brochures, posters etc.) and digital materials: design, copywriting, proofreading, printing;
  • Maintenance of website/landing pages and looking at data analytics;
  • Maintenance of department's pages in social media and SMM;
  • Lead management, advising applicants;
  • A key element of this role will be to produce statistics, market intelligence reports and commentary to aid decision making at a senior level;
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information;
  • Organization of IP department events (students, faculty, partners);
  • Organization and coordination of department's participation in international promotion events;
  • Occasional interpreting and translating (e.g. an administrative email message or instructions from Russian into English);
  • Working on small occasional projects (excursions, visits to the museums, theatres, summer schools, off-site study modules etc.) and participation in social events in the evenings.

Work Schedule: Monday — Friday, 10:00-19:00, full-time, offline (in the office at 6/1 Gagarinskaya st.), 28 days of vacation per year (usually split into two-three parts).

Flexibility is essential as some extra working hours, overseas travel, and reasonable accommodation to differences in time zones may be required.

Probation period: 3 months.

Salary: 70 000 RUB before income tax. Additionally: bonus payments.

The selection process will include an assessment and a panel interview in English.
