Researchers at EUSP’s Institute for the Rule of Law have published an analytical review "Arbitration Disputes by Types of Economic Activities of the Parties Involved".

The review will be useful both for practicing lawyers and researchers, especially those interested in Law & Economics. Based on the results of a study of 5.2 million arbitration cases for 2014-2019. The economic areas of activity of the parties whose representatives most often appear in court as plaintiffs and defendants were determined. Also presented is an analysis of the outcomes of arbitration cases, the amount of recovered amounts and categories of disputes that are typical for companies from various sectors of the economy. In addition to the overview, the researchers created an interactive app for more detailed study.
